I am very pleased to welcome a new author, Erin Lottes, to the Potomac Creek Publishing fold. For this new project, Erin is both author and illustrator of Feast Your Eyes, an illustrated children’s book that dives deeply into one of the body’s most complex and interesting organs: the eye. In Feast Your Eyes, not only is the anatomy of the eye artistically rendered, but the process of vision – from a photon of light entering the eye to the firing of neurons in the brain – is revealed and explained for readers young and old. This project represents yet another major milestone for Potomac Creek Publishing, our first venture into illustrated books. We are currently working closely with Erin on final editing, formatting, and testing for Amazon Kindle for release in early summer 2019. We plan to turn around a print version of the book shortly after the digital release. Again, we are a small shop so the release dates will be flexible.
